BizBrain Consultants is a trade development consulting firm founded in Cyprus in 2016. We are a new consultancy with a fresh approach to international trade development.
We provide a wide range of customised trade services in the areas of Export Development, Market Selection, Channel Partners, International Sales, Product Sourcing and Commodities Trading - to help SMEs seeking international markets for their products or services. Our services are suitable for companies at all stages of their international business growth journey.
We deal in a variety of products and services in the Construction, Oil and Gas, Food and Beverage, and Real Estate industries. We can undertake consultation, promotion and facilitation projects around the globe.
We have established a global network of strategic alliances and we are continuously forming new international alliances with like-minded business partners to expand our support for our clients. SPIROS HATZIOANNOU
Associate
Spiros is a sales and marketing professional with 25+ years of international business development experience gained in the Financial Services, Construction, Oil and Gas, Management Consulting, Food and Beverage, and Real Estate industries.
Spiros held senior roles in sales, marketing, business development and management with SMEs and large multinational firms including PricewaterhouseCoopers and Shell. Notably during his 12 years with Shell (Downstream Division), he successfully managed and delivered high-profile business development and operational excellence projects in 20+ markets across Europe, southeast Asia, north Africa, and north America.
Spiros is originally from Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree (Mechanical Engineering) with honours from the University of NSW, and a Diploma in Marketing.
GEORGE CHARALAMBIDES
Associate
George is a business growth consultant with 25+ years of international business development experience. He has assisted companies across 8 countries to grow by €100k to €100mln and raise finance in excess of €500mln.
George started his career in 1991 with Ernst & Young in London, and after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant he moved to the Management Consultancy Division. In 1997, he joined PricewaterhouseCoopers in Greece as Senior Manager leading the Strategy & Organisation Group. In 2000, he worked for a vertically integrated UK-based tour operator as the Group Strategy & Development Manager. From 2003, he participated as an entrepreneur in various companies including establishing EXES Strategy Consultants in 2009.
George holds a BSc Degree in Business Finance from the University of East Anglia.
